Job Description
ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street is seeking a reliable Part time Cook to join our energetic kitchen team.
- Prepare and maintain all required mise en place to ensure efficient kitchen operations and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment while consistently meeting high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Follow stock rotation procedures and minimise food wastage through effective inventory management practices.
- Ensure designated kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- Clean, maintain, and monitor kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Executive Chef.
- Receive and check deliveries, unpack produce, and store stock appropriately in accordance with food safety requirements.
- Perform general kitchen cleaning and housekeeping duties to support a safe and organised workplace.
