Your Opportunity

As an Employment Support Consultant in the Transition to Work (TtW) program, you'll help young people successfully transition into employment, build the skills, confidence and resilience needed to thrive in the workplace. Working closely with participants and employers, you'll provide post-placement support, strengthen workplace relationships, and address barriers that may impact job retention.

Combining employer engagement, workplace support and case management, this employment services role focuses on achieving sustainable employment outcomes while supporting young people to maintain employment and progress towards their long-term career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support participants to successfully transition into employment, sustain their roles and achieve long-term employment outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with employers to understand workplace needs and deliver practical, solutions-focused support.
- Conduct workplace visits and maintain proactive contact with participants and employers to monitor progress and address barriers early.
- Assist participants to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence to meet employer expectations and succeed at work.
- Accurately track participant employment outcomes, including hours worked and earnings, ensuring claims,



evidence and documentation are completed in line with program requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with participants, employers, and internal stakeholders to support successful employment outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- A qualification in Community Services, Employment Services or a related field, or relevant lived experience supporting pathways to education or employment (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strengths-based, person-centred support while achieving performance targets and employment outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employers, community partners and participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Resilient, adaptable and results-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced, KPI-focused environment.
- Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
