The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Selections Administration Assistant to provide administrative, operational and document support to our Design Studio team and clients throughout the pre-site and construction stages of the building journey.

In this role, you will:

- Provide administrative assistance to internal stakeholders, external clients, and the Interior Design team.

- Monitor and action the department inbox, ensuring timely responses and escalation where required.

- Manage the Studio Diary, including scheduling Studio Tours, Selection Appointments, and other client interactions.

- Prepare documentation for Interior Designers prior to client appointments.

- Record, update, and maintain client selection documentation following appointments, ensuring accuracy.

- Update job files with post‑appointment amendments, site‑related changes, and any additional client requests.

- Draft and issue Post Contract Variations based on approved and documented changes (as required)

- Maintain studio presentation standards, including sample organisation, display upkeep, inventory stocktake, and general cleaning.

- Attend supplier functions, events, and product information sessions as directed.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role

- Strong customer service background with confidence in client interactions, both via phone and email

- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A positive, proactive and professional approach.

- A basic understanding of residential construction principles, regulations and compliance (highly desirable).
