About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader Asset Protection & Construction Supervision, the core responsibilities of this Asset Protection Administration Officer position include:





- Providing administrative support to the Asset Protection Team & Construction Supervision team.
- Facilitate efficient daily inspections and surveillance activities, together with the timely processing of works permits, applications, bonds and invoicing.
- Act in response to telephone enquiries, correspondence and service requests.

About You

You’ll have the following:

- Experience in providing professional administrative services; preferably in regulatory, civil infrastructure or building development fields.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
