Jetty Dental is a privately owned, well established dental practice located within the Jetty precinct of beautiful Coffs Harbour. We are a friendly supportive practice that creates long term relationships with our patients. We pride ourselves on providing all our patients with the highest standard of dental care.

We have a full time position available for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy dental practice. Practice hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. No weekend work required.

Tasks & responsibilities

- chairside dental assisting

- implement infection control and sterilisation procedures

- stock control

- providing excellent patient care and empathy to anxious patients

- recording treatment notes in patient records





- taking phone calls

- booking and scheduling appointments

- processing payments using HICAPS

Skills and Experience

- Certificate III or IV would be highly regarded but not essential

- excellent organisational skills

- highly motivated with positive attitude

- willingness to learn and work in a team workplace

- reliable and hard working

- excellent time management and attention to detail
