Key responsibilities

- Represent the Speediance brand as the first point of contact for customers in-store

- Provide expert advice on Speediance's latest home fitness products

- Deliver a high-quality, personalised shopping experience tailored to each customer's needs

- Effectively answer any customer queries and inquiries

- Present the store to the highest standard through effective merchandising, creating a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing environment that enhances the customer experience

- Use your confidence and passion for customer service to meet and exceed sales goals as a Speediance FitTech Specialist

About you

- A proven track record of selling directly to customers





- Confident and ambitious to drive sales within the store

- Passion for retail and delivering the highest standard of customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

- Previous retail experience in retail or a similar customer facing role, preferably in fitness / technology

- Basic understanding of fitness terminology; Personal fitness trainer, gym instructor experience would be preferred

- Direct sales: 1-3 years (required)
