About the role

This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors with planning and organisation

- Analysing and interpreting plans, regulations, and codes of practice

- Producing preliminary sketches, working drawings, and specifications

- Developing, reviewing, and updating plans, maps, charts, and drawings

- Coordinating work schedules and programs

- Examining work and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and standards

- Estimating costs and determining project timeframes

- Gathering data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment

- Carrying out routine calculations and plotting initial data

About you

- AQF Associate Degree,



Advanced Diploma or Diploma

- Minimum of 1 year of work experience

- The right to work in Australia

- Good English skills

- Team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to read and understand construction plans

- Competency in using and maintaining hand & power tools

- Robust attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
