Bluefin is building a national pool of HSEQ professionals for upcoming contract assignments across construction, infrastructure, resources, manufacturing, utilities and government. Assignments range from two-week surge support to 12-month project placements, on site and remote.

Roles we're engaging:

- HSEQ Advisor / Coordinator
- Site Safety Advisor (Tier 1 & Tier 2 projects)
- HSEQ Manager & Systems Manager
- Integrated Management Systems Consultant (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001)
- Internal Auditor
- Environmental Advisor
- Incident Investigator (ICAM)
- Injury Management / Return to Work Coordinator

What you'll do:

- Provide in office HSEQ support, inspections, audits and coaching to project teams
- Develop and maintain safety management plans, SWMS, JSAs, risk registers and ITPs
- Lead incident investigations, corrective actions and regulator interface
- Prepare systems for certification or recertification against ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
- Report on leading and lagging indicators to project and executive stakeholders





What we're looking for:

- Diploma or Certificate IV in WHS (Bachelor or Grad Cert highly regarded)
- 3+ years in an HSEQ role in construction, resources, infrastructure or heavy industry
- Working knowledge of the relevant state WHS/OHS Act and Regulations
- White Card; state-specific tickets (e.g. VIC/NSW/QLD construction inductions) as applicable
- ICAM, Lead Auditor, Cert IV TAE or Return to Work certification an advantage
- Valid work rights in Australia, current driver's licence, willingness to travel or work FIFO/DIDO where required
