Woodleigh Waters Dental is looking for an experienced Dentist to work alongside our principal dentist, Dr Alex, providing high-quality general and restorative care to a loyal, established patient base.

About the Role

Working closely with the owner, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent clinical care including simple and complex restorations, crown preparations, endodontic treatment and extractions

- Diagnosing and treatment planning for general and emergency dental patients

- Educating and reassuring patients so they understand and value their treatment, not just receive it

- Building long-term relationships with patients and supporting our recall and reactivation systems

- Improving case acceptance without becoming sales-focused

- Building sustainable production through excellent patient care and treatment acceptance

- Playing an active part in the ongoing development and direction of the practice

About You

You are likely someone who:

- Holds current AHPRA registration with a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience

- Delivers excellent clinical care and holds yourself to a high standard

- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues

- Is confident performing extractions,



endodontics and complex restorations

- Has experience in implants, orthodontics or other complex treatments, which would be highly regarded, with opportunities to further develop these areas within the practice

- Genuinely cares about patients and takes the time to connect with them

- Wants to contribute ideas and energy to the overall growth of the practice

- Is looking for flexibility, sustainable hours and a supportive team

- Is open to continuous improvement

Woodleigh Waters Dental is an established local practice caring for patients across Berwick and Melbourne's south-east for more than 12 years, with a loyal patient base and good systems in place.

The practice is led by Dr Rijitha Alex, who has a gentle, thoughtful approach to patient care and a strong belief in listening, educating and building long-term trust.
