HVAC Technician | Adelaide

Core Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician to join an established commercial maintenance business in Adelaide.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day and is looking to work across a range of commercial sites and client environments.
The role will involve a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding. You’ll be working independently across different sites while having the support of a dedicated coordination team managing your schedule and client requirements.

The Prospect

- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
- Attend breakdowns and complete fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Service and maintain a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Travel between commercial client sites across Adelaide and surrounding areas
- Complete service reports and job documentation
- Liaise directly with clients and provide a professional level of service
- Work alongside other technicians and contractors when required
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster
- Overtime available and paid when required

About You




The client is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with genuine commercial experience.

You will ideally have:

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
- Current ARCtick licence
- Previous commercial HVAC experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Commercial experience is essential for this position. Candidates with a predominantly residential background will not be suitable.
