While your SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise will remain at the core of what you do, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a specialist implementation role working with a market-leading HR document generation and document management solution that integrates with SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.

With comprehensive onboarding and product training provided, you'll become the trusted advisor helping organisations deliver seamless end-to-end HR, recruitment and employee document processes.

We're keen to speak with professionals who possess:

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- Strong implementation and consulting experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and delivering customer solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A passion for learning new technologies and becoming a subject matter expert
- The ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions

Highly regarded:
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) experience
- SmartRecruiters experience
- Broader HR technology or recruitment technology exposure
