We are looking for a warm, compassionate and reliable Childcare Educator to join our small team in Bronte.

Mother Goose is a little different from many childcare centres. We specialise exclusively in the care and education of children under three years of age, creating a nurturing environment focused on the unique developmental needs of babies and young toddlers.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine natural warmth towards young children, plenty of patience, and an understanding that even our youngest children are capable and effective learners. The right educator will be enthusiastic about supporting children through these important early stages of learning, development and discovery.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

- Be currently studying an approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Hold a current Working With Children Check for paid employment
- Have completed their GECKO Child Protection Training
- Have a genuine interest in working specifically with babies and children under three
- Be patient, caring, compassionate and reliable
- Be willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team

Days of Work

We are currently looking for an educator who can work:

Monday and Friday – essential

Plus an optional third day of your choice,



depending on your availability.

Both short-term and long-term employment opportunities are available.

We are conveniently located approximately 7 minutes by bus from Bondi Junction.

Recruitment Process

Applicants who meet the above requirements will be invited to complete a paid work trial at the centre.

Following the paid trial, successful applicants who are offered a position will commence employment subject to a three-month probationary period.
