Offering 25 hours per week this role includes at least three (3) split shifts per week and the chance to become a valued part of our service community.

At Little Flower Kedron OSHC, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, support their individual interests, and work alongside a collaborative team that is passionate about creating engaging experiences every day.

- Working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Participating in fun excursions during vacation care
- Making a difference in the lives of children in our care every day

Job Requirements

- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved Education and Care qualification (preferred but not required)
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
- Effective workplace communication skills
