About the Opportunities

We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our team at Buckland Park, with opportunities available across our Yard Operations and PowerScaper Blower Truck team.

We're open to different backgrounds and levels of experience. You might be looking for a hands-on outdoor role where you can learn about plant and machinery, or you might already have an HR or HC licence and want a driving role that offers more variety than sitting behind the wheel all day.

What matters most to us is finding good people who are reliable, safety-focused, willing to learn and ready to get stuck in.

Depending on your skills and experience, we'll work out where you could be the best fit.

Yard Operations

As part of our Yard team, you'll support our composting operations and help keep our Buckland Park site running safely and efficiently.

Your day may include:

- Setting up and maintaining sprinkler systems

- Recording watering activities and operational information

- Pipe cleaning, maintenance and airflow checks

- Assisting with plant and machinery cleaning

- General yard and labouring duties

- Supporting our Operations and Maintenance teams

- Helping across the site wherever needed

This is a physical, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys keeping active, working with their hands and learning different parts of an operational environment.





PowerScaper Blower Truck Operations

If you have an HR or HC licence, there may be an opportunity to join our PowerScaper team.

This isn't your typical driving job. You'll drive our specialised Blower Trucks to customer and project sites, but once you arrive, you'll be out of the cab and hands-on with the equipment.

Your day may include:

- Driving HR or HC vehicles to commercial sites, schools, council parklands and other projects

- Setting up, operating and packing down pneumatic blower systems and hoses

- Installing mulch, soil and playground products

- Monitoring product flow and application to achieve a quality finish

- Completing daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks

- Working professionally with customers, contractors and site representatives

- Travelling across metropolitan Adelaide and, at times, regional SA

You'll need to be comfortable with physical work, early starts, changing locations and working outdoors.

For PowerScaper opportunities, you'll also need:

- A current HR or HC licence

- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one

- A current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

- A White Card is highly advantageous

- Are comfortable with early starts

Experience with trucks, plant, machinery, construction, landscaping, waste, agriculture or similar environments would be great, but it's not essential for every opportunity.
