We currently have multiple Farmhand/Production Worker opportunities available in Wallacia and Llandilo.

The Role
Work across established poultry and egg production facilities, assisting with a variety of farm, production and general duties.
Duties may include:

- Packing eggs on a production line
- Floor walking and general farm monitoring
- Collecting eggs and feeding birds
- Operating basic machinery and farm equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining farm areas
- General day-to-day farm duties
- General manual handling and physical farm work

What We’re Looking For

- Previous farm, poultry, production or similar experience is advantageous
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable and motivated with a solid work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and around poultry
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends
- Available for 4–6 days per week on a rotating roster
- Must meet strict biosecurity requirements
- No birds, pigs or chickens kept at home
