We’re looking for an experienced Senior EUC Engineer to join a large enterprise environment and take ownership of modern endpoint management, Windows platforms and end-user computing technologies.

This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone with a strong background across SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 and modern endpoint management, who is comfortable operating at a senior level across troubleshooting, platform improvement, deployment and lifecycle management.

You’ll work across both traditional and modern endpoint technologies, supporting a large distributed environment while helping drive improvements across provisioning, patching, compliance, security and endpoint management.

What you’ll be doing

- Administer and support SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune across a large Windows endpoint environment

- Manage application deployment, packaging, patching, compliance and endpoint configuration

- Support and improve Windows 10/11 deployment, SOE/MOE, OSD and Task Sequences

- Work across Windows Autopilot, Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies and endpoint security

- Support co-managed environments and the ongoing transition toward modern endpoint management

- Troubleshoot complex Level 3 endpoint, application, identity and deployment issues

- Maintain and improve endpoint security controls, including Defender, BitLocker and security baselines

- Develop PowerShell automation where appropriate to improve efficiency and reliability

- Support device lifecycle management across desktops, laptops and other endpoint technologies

- Work closely with infrastructure, security, network and application teams

- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

- Around 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong recent experience in EUC,



endpoint engineering or modern workplace environments

- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

- Good knowledge of Windows Autopilot

- Strong Windows 10/11 deployment and endpoint management experience

- Experience with Task Sequences, OSD, imaging, application deployment and patching

- Experience working across both traditional SCCM and contemporary Intune environments

- Strong troubleshooting capability across complex enterprise endpoint environments

- PowerShell scripting or automation experience

- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365

- Comfortable working as a senior hands-on engineer rather than purely in a support or management capacity

Highly regarded

- Experience with SCCM to Intune migration, co-management or workload transition

- Experience in retail, store, branch or other large distributed environments

- Exposure to POS, EFTPOS or other store-based technology

- Experience with Essential Eight, Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security uplift

- Application packaging experience across MSI, Win32 or MSIX

- Experience supporting large-scale Windows migration or refresh programs
