About the role

Gleam Dental is seeking an Oral Health Therapist to join our established and busy Ballina practice in a permanent 4-day-per-week position commencing January 2027. The role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, experienced team in a modern and well-equipped practice.

Key responsibilities

- Provide varied clinical work within OHT scope

- Contribute to strong hygiene and preventive programs

- Build relationships with patients through friendly and skilled patient care

About you

- Friendly and professional with genuine enjoyment of patient care

- Experienced OHTs highly valued; enthusiastic newer graduates also welcome

- Willing to become part of a practice for the long term
