THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast QLD
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
You will:
- Lead and support day-to-day operations to deliver business and financial objectives.
- Partner with the business to shape commercial decisions and strategy.
- Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and actionable insights.
- Improve reporting and analytics across Finance and the wider business.
- Focus reporting on key performance drivers and actions.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, including clear Analysis of Change.
- Develop NPD business cases, pricing models and scenario analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust costing models.
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives as required.
- Build financial capability across cross-functional teams.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You will bring with you:
• Effective communication skills to influence and drive outcomes.
• Ability to develop & maintain collaborative relationships across business.
• The skill of distilling complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability in managing change within an organisation.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively where necessary.
• Financial analysis & modelling.
• Commercial acumen
You will also be:
• CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent).
• 10+ years' experience in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering role.
• Agri-business / FMCG experience preferable.
