About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced CABINET VISION Designer / Drafter to join our specialist team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to leverage their industry experience in a new way.

Rather than working on the same projects day after day, you'll work alongside cabinetmakers, designers, factory managers and business owners across Australia, helping them achieve better results through technology, workflow improvements and industry-leading software solutions.

You'll become a recognised industry expert while continuing to work with the software and processes you already know.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working with CABINET VISION users across residential and commercial joinery businesses

- Assisting with technical design and manufacturing workflow challenges

- Troubleshooting cabinetry design, manufacturing and CNC-related issues

- Providing guidance on best-practice use of CABINET VISION

- Delivering software demonstrations, training and consulting sessions

- Helping customers improve productivity, efficiency and manufacturing outcomes

- Collaborating with experienced consultants,



trainers and technical specialists

- Expanding your industry knowledge across a diverse range of businesses and manufacturing environments

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience using CABINET VISION

- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and manufacturing processes

- Experience producing detailed shop drawings and manufacturing documentation

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving ability

- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

- Cabinetmaking or joinery trade background

- CNC machine knowledge

- Experience with post processors or manufacturing automation

- Customer-facing experience

- Training, mentoring or team leadership experience
