Optical Dispenser / Optical Retail Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our franchise team as a Full-Time Optical Dispenser / Optical Retail Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a retail environment, and is keen to develop a long-term career within the optical industry.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will assist customers with their eyewear needs, provide outstanding customer service, support sales and retail operations, and contribute to a positive and qualified team environment.

Flexible work hours are available, with shifts rostered across our 7-day trading week, including participation in Thursday-night trading and on weekends.

About You

The successful candidate will:

- Be team-focused and contribute positively to workplace culture

- Show initiative while also being able to follow direction

- Have excellent time management and organisational skills

- Be highly confident using computers and point-of-sale systems (or willing to learn with training)





- Communicate effectively with people from all walks of life

- Enjoy building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service

- Be willing to learn new skills and embrace ongoing training

- Have a strong retail and sales focus

- Be professional, reliable, and customer oriented

Desirable (But Not Essential)

- Optical dispensing experience

- Previous retail sales experience

- Knowledge of optical products and eyewear

- Experience recommending products and solutions to customers
