At Boutique Kitchens & Joinery (BKJ), we have been designing, manufacturing and installing high-end custom joinery for more than 35 years. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Storeperson & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch functions.

This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping production moving, ensuring materials are available when required and supporting our project delivery teams in achieving outstanding outcomes for clients.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Receiving, checking and receipting incoming goods

- Inventory management and stock accuracy

- Organising and maintaining a safe, productive warehouse

- Picking, packing and dispatching materials and finished goods

- Coordinating deliveries, freight and logistics providers

- Preparing and staging job-specific materials and Rainbow Packs

- Ensuring CNC production is fully supported with materials ready at the commencement of each shift

- Conducting stocktakes and resolving inventory discrepancies

- Supporting production and installation teams with timely material supply

- Maintaining warehouse systems,

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in warehousing, dispatch, logistics or manufacturing environments

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Experience using inventory, warehouse or ERP systems

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

- The ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Desirable

- Forklift Licence

- Truck Licence

- Experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, joinery or construction-related industries
