My client is seeking an experienced KDR Site Manager to join their established team of professionals. You will have proven ability to manage up to 5+ individual custom builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

- Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
- Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
- Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
- Coordination of supplies and materials
- Manage in office compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures




- Prepared to be hands on, and not afraid to get on the tools
- High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
- A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years Supervisory experience with KDR/ High End Luxury Custom Homes
