Our client is a well-established Brisbane CBD operator is looking for a Building Coordinator to run the loading dock at a busy mixed-use inner-city site.

- 6am - 2pm Mon -Fri
- No heavy lifting

The successful candidate will run the dock day to day: coordinating all vehicle and pedestrian access, managing the booking system for deliveries, trades, waste collection and residential moves. Liaise with drivers, trades, hotel staff and residents throughout the day, and hold the line on the site's safety and access rules calmly and consistently.

What we are seeking:

- A confident, approachable communicator who can deal with drivers, trades and residents with respect and authority
- Someone comfortable in a safety-focused environment around trucks and moving vehicles,



and confortable enforcing the rules
- Basic computer skills to manage a booking system and email
- Reliable, punctual for a 6am start, and comfortable working autonomously with support from internal stakeholders
- Unlimited working rights in Australia (essential)
- Willingness to sit and ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.

A background in building management, warehousing, transport or a gatehouse, dock or security-style role would help, but the right temperament matters more than specific experience.
