Job Description:
As a therapist at The Rowdy Way, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of individuals, providing them with the necessary support to enhance their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and goals.

✅ Creating and implementing individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.

✅ Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress.

✅ Collaborating with other team members in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure holistic care.

✅ Providing guidance and support to clients and their families, fostering empowerment and growth.

✅ Playing a key role in improving the well-being of individuals and families, making a real difference in their lives.

Qualifications & Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Essential: Accredited degree in your chosen field

- Current Professional Registration/License: Relevant registration or licensing to practice in Queensland (AHPRA, AASW, etc.).

- Experience:



Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred; however, new graduates passionate about making a difference are encouraged to apply.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Personal Attributes: Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to positively impact others’ lives.

- Other: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for mobile services.
