THE ROLE
This isn't your traditional portfolio management position.
You'll float across the Property Management team, providing additional support wherever it's needed.

Your day could include:
• Providing relief portfolio coverage
• General Property Management
• Leasing support
• Assisting the BDM team
• Administration and overflow support




• Stepping in when team members are on leave or need additional assistance
• Working across PropertyMe

It's a varied position where you can use your Property Management experience without having a portfolio following you home every night.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:
• Has strong all-round Property Management knowledge
• Can confidently step into different situations and hit the ground running
• Is organised, adaptable and happy to help wherever needed
• Enjoys being part of a larger, collaborative team
• Still enjoys Property Management but may be ready to move away from carrying their own portfolio
