Moon Dog has been bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to the Marvel Stadium concourse since November 2024, where we offer the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to punters from near and far. ‘Doglands’ consists of a large (1500 pax) event space – that is open for Marvel event & game days and private functions – as well as a 70 pax restaurant/bar 'The Jungle Room' that is open 7 days a week, offering an elevated dining experience for lunch and diner.

We’re seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis, smashing out function food & pub classics. You'll primarily be based in our large Doglands events kitchen, with some shifts in the Jungle Room doing elevated plates, as well as prep shifts. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in similar roles and take great pride in what they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Recent experience in a similar role

- Solid food knowledge

- Positive, friendly attitude

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards

- The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

We can offer you:

- 1-3 shifts per week with a good degree of flexibility in a large team,



with more shifts available in the lead up to Christmas. Friday availability is a must!

Pay is Hospitality Industry General Award level 3 or 4 depending on Chef Qualifications.
