About the Client:

We are seeking a Support Worker to support an older female client living with the effects of a previous stroke and acquired brain injury, including short-term memory difficulties.

The client enjoys companionship and community access and would benefit from a patient, friendly and engaging Support Worker who is comfortable supporting someone with cognitive impairment.

Shifts Available:

- Friday: 11:00am – 1:30pm | Primary Support Worker

- Monday & Wednesday: 11:00am – 1:30pm | Secondary Support Worker

Experience with older clients and cognitive impairment is highly regarded.

? Noble Park

About the Client:

We are seeking a Support Worker to assist an adult male client living with an acquired brain injury, lower-leg amputation and Type 1 diabetes.

The client requires support with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance and meal preparation.

Shift Available:

- Monday to Sunday: 8:00am – 10:00am | Secondary Support Worker

Experience with personal care, mobility support, acquired brain injury or diabetes support would be highly regarded.

About the Client

We are seeking a Support Worker to assist an adult male client who has mobility limitations and requires support with personal care and daily household activities.

The client uses mobility aids and requires assistance with morning routines, including personal care, leg care, skin checks, dressing and getting ready for the day.

Shift Available:

- Thursday: 8:30am – 10:30am | Secondary Support Worker

Experience with personal care, mobility support and working with clients who use mobility aids is highly regarded.





About the Role

We are looking for Disability Support Workers to provide a variety of supports to people with a disability. You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.

Our clients are looking for an engaging, fun and bubbly Support Workers, who are outstanding at providing encouragement, whilst working towards their NDIS Goals.

- Initiative to advocate for clients and ensure quality care

- Flexibility and adaptability in challenging situations

- A knack for organising and actioning daily tasks

- Reliability and the ability to work unsupervised

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Prior experience in the care sector

- Knowledge of supporting individuals with behaviours of concern

- Personal or professional experience in disability support

- Medication support experience (or willingness to train)

- Mental health first aid experience is ideal but not required
