701 Recruitment is currently seeking reliable, hardworking Civil Labourers and General Labourers for a range of ongoing opportunities across civil construction, subdivision projects, timber yards and general labouring environments.

Whether you have experience in civil construction, warehousing, production or general labouring, we want to hear from you!

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- Immediate starts available
- Casual hourly rates from $33 - $37 per hour, depending on the role and experience
- Ongoing work with opportunities for long-term employment
- Monday-Friday work available

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Civil Labouring:

- General civil labouring and site support
- Assisting with conduits, kerbs, footpaths and bio basins
- Grade checking, levelling and site preparation
- Spotting plant and assisting machinery operators
- Retaining wall and concrete sleeper installation assistance
- General site clean-up and maintaining a safe work setting

General Labouring:

- Manual handling, lifting and moving materials




- Stacking and organising products and materials
- Assisting with production and warehouse operations
- Using hand and power tools where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working alongside a team to meet daily targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals
- Previous civil, construction, warehouse or general labouring experience highly regarded
- Current White Card for civil construction opportunities
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Roller operating experience and relevant tickets highly regarded for suitable civil projects
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (mandatory for certain roles)
- Own reliable transport and driver's licence highly regarded
