Westside Energy is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. We’re one of South Australia’s trusted names in solar, batteries and energy solutions, and demand is stronger than ever as more households look to take control of their energy costs. Why You’ll Want This Role

This is not a cold-calling role. We provide 2–3 qualified, pre-booked in-home appointments per day, giving you the chance to focus on what you do best: connecting with customers, presenting smart energy solutions, and closing sales.

About the Role

You’ll meet with homeowners across Adelaide and help them understand how solar, battery and EV charging solutions can reduce their energy costs and improve the way they power their homes.

Your day-to-day will include:

Attending 2–3 warm, pre-booked in-home appointments each day





Building rapport with customers and understanding their energy needs

Designing tailored solar, battery and EV charging solutions

Using our in-house tools to explain savings and system options clearly

Closing sales and managing your customer pipeline through ZOHO CRM

Working toward targets and continuing to improve your sales performance

About You

You’re professional, reliable and confident in front of customers. You enjoy sales, you know how to communicate clearly, and you’re motivated by strong earnings and personal growth.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have previous face-to-face sales experience

Are confident presenting, negotiating and closing

Can build trust quickly with a wide range of customers

Are organised, self-motivated and target-driven

Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team

Hold a current driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle

Solar, Battery and energy industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you have strong sales ability in a similar industry, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.
