What you'll do

As a Team Experience Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner to various leaders across a diverse, fast paced portfolio including Own brand, helping them navigate and solve complex problems and drive forward strategic people initiatives.

You will coach, advise, design and deliver initiatives on key people priorities including team effectiveness, growth and impact, development, performance, organisational design, change management, culture and engagement.





- Implement people change initiatives and strategies that attract, develop and retain talent

- Partner with Leaders for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives with a commercial and continuous improvement approach

- Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline

- Provide actionable insights to Leaders on trends in People data and provide support and coaching to act on this data

- Act as an escalation point for urgent, high priority or sensitive people matters including Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters
