About the Role

Join a growing team delivering trench safety, shoring and propping solutions on major civil, infrastructure and construction projects across NSW. This is a hands-on role involving site work, installations & equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and remove trench shields, shoring, slide rail and propping systems.

- Read and follow installation drawings and site plans.

- Inspect, load and transport equipment to and from site.

- Work alongside customers, operators and site crews.

- Complete documentation and maintain safety standards.

About You

- Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, earthmoving, equipment hire or similar.

- Current driver's licence.

- Strong work ethic, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

- Able to adapt to varying site conditions and safety requirements.

- Able to pass a silica respirator fit test.





- Willing to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.

- Flexible to work Saturdays, overtime and occasional night shifts.

- Able to travel throughout NSW when required.

- Available to start from Condell Park at 5:30am.
