This is your opportunity to earn while you learn, completing a Certificate III in Individual Support while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and rewarding environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents while building a meaningful and fulfilling career.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Delivering compassionate care and support to help residents with their daily living needs
- Assisting with activities that promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents health and wellbeing
- Participate in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) training and activities
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and team members
