We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a $220M wharf package on a major infrastructure project in Western Australia.

This is an exciting prospect for a Supervisor with a strong civil, marine, piling or structural background to join a major construction package and play a key role in the delivery of significant marine and civil works.

You will be working across a technically complex scope, with a strong focus on piling, civil, FRP and marine structures, working closely with the project team, subcontractors and construction crews to ensure successful delivery.

About the Project

The $220M wharf package includes a broad range of major marine and civil construction works, including:

- Combi-wall piling
- Rear anchor wall piling
- Precast manufacturing and installation
- Foreshore reclamation and armour rock recovery
- Earthworks and backfill
- In-situ concrete, including front capping and rear anchor works
- Mooring dolphins and barge works
- Rock revetment
- Pavements
- Wharf services, including electrical, communications and wet services
- Drainage
- Preliminaries, logistics, deliveries and storage

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities across major civil and marine work fronts, working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and construction crews to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising construction activities across major civil and marine work fronts
- Coordinating and directing subcontractors and construction crews
- Managing daily site activities,



resources and work fronts
- Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project requirements
- Ensuring construction activities are completed safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Coordinating piling, concrete, earthworks, marine structures and associated works
- Managing site interfaces and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Working closely with engineers and project management to coordinate upcoming works
- Ensuring QA/QC requirements, ITPs and project documentation are followed
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity across the work fronts
- Providing leadership and direction to site-based crews and subcontractors
- Assisting with planning, sequencing and coordination of construction activities

About You

To be considered, you will have:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor on major civil, infrastructure, marine or construction projects
- A strong civil, marine, piling or structural construction background
- Experience across piling, marine structures, concrete, earthworks or heavy civil construction
- Proven experience supervising subcontractors and construction crews
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of QA/QC, ITPs and site documentation
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage competing priorities
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Experience working on major infrastructure or Tier 1 construction projects is highly regarded
