From box trailers and plant trailers through to hydraulic tippers, tradesman trailers and custom-built solutions, we're known for quality workmanship, practical systems and a team that takes pride in what they build.

We're growing and looking for the right person to join our assembly team.

About the role

We're looking for a practical, mechanically minded person who enjoys assembling things and takes pride in getting the job done properly.

No previous trailer-building experience or trade qualification is required — we'll train you in our trailer assembly methods and processes.

You must already be confident using hand and power tools and have practical experience assembling, fitting or repairing mechanical components. This experience can come from work or regular hands-on projects involving cars, motorbikes, machinery or equipment.

You'll follow our build books and instructions to assemble and fit out trailers accurately, working across mechanical components, trailer wiring and hydraulic tipper systems.

Our training builds on your existing practical skills — you don't need to arrive knowing our products, but you do need a sound understanding of tools and basic mechanical assembly.

Key responsibilities

Following our build books and training, your work will include:

- Fitting suspension and axles

- Assembling and adjusting brakes

- Installing hydraulic tipper systems

- Fitting trailer wiring and lighting

- Installing couplings,



safety chains and jockey wheels

- Completing final fit-out and quality checks

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Supporting the wider production team when required

What we're looking for

- Practical mechanical ability and confidence using hand and power tools

- An understanding of how mechanical components fit and work together

- Ability to follow assembly instructions, build books and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your work

- Reliability, punctuality and pride in quality workmanship

- Willingness to learn our methods and ask questions when unsure

- Ability to work well as part of a production team

Nice to have (but not essential)

- Automotive, agricultural machinery or manufacturing experience

- Forklift licence
