About the Role

Do you light up when someone finally understands how to use their new iPhone? Do you get a quiet thrill out of solving a tricky tech problem and seeing a customer walk out relieved and smiling?

This is a full-time customer-facing role at the heart of our store — a varied, energetic position where no two days look the same. One moment you might be booking in a repair, the next helping someone choose their first MacBook, and somewhere in between explaining iCloud in a way that actually makes sense.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and genuinely understanding what they need

- Booking and supporting service and repair jobs

- Helping customers find the right Apple product for their life — Mac, iPad, iPhone and beyond

- Translating tech into plain English with patience and warmth

- Building real relationships that bring customers back again and again

- Working collaboratively with the team to make every visit a great one

What We're Looking For





You don't need to be an engineer — but you do need to love Apple products and love people in equal measure.

- A genuine passion for Apple and the Apple ecosystem

- The ability to make people feel comfortable and understood

- Strong communication skills — warm, clear, and authentic

- Positive organisational skills and the ability to juggle a busy floor

- Confidence to work independently while being a great team contributor

- The ability to explain technical concepts in simple, friendly language

- Australian citizen or right to work in Australia

- Based within a reasonable commute of Essendon

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but attitude and enthusiasm will always win out.
