The Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time basis. As a key operational leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting team success, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead daily hotel operations and support team members across the Rooms Division.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including effective service recovery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with key departments to ensure operational excellence and brand standards are maintained.
- Support hotel procedures, compliance requirements, and financial processes.
- Contribute to hotel performance targets, guest satisfaction outcomes, and team success.

More About You





- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Opera Cloud is advantageous.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and professional presentation standards.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work.
