About the role

You own the commercial channel for Western Australia. The work is specification led, which means getting in front of projects early, building the relationships with architects and specifiers that get your product written in, and then holding it through the builder, the developer, the sub-contractors and the distribution channel until it lands on site. Architects are the priority. There is an existing account base to manage and grow, and a real recent business brief attached to it. You will run your own territory plan, your own pipeline and your own week, with revenue and growth targets that sit with you.

About you

- Sales experience in building products, construction materials, or any technical product sold into commercial projects

- Understand how a specification is won and how it is held once the builder and contractor get involved

- Existing network across WA architects, specifiers, builders, developers or the trade channel

- Commercially sharp, organised, and disciplined with a pipeline

- Comfortable running a state on your own

- Technical product experience is an advantage, not a dealbreaker
