Describe your experience working in an acute inpatient mental health and/or forensic mental health setting and how it has prepared you for this role.

Key responsibilities

- You'll build specialist skills in therapeutic security, trauma-informed care, dynamic risk assessment, de-escalation and managing acute behavioural disturbance, supported by.
- Whether you're already working in forensic mental health or looking to transition from a general inpatient mental health setting, you'll join an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to recovery, therapeutic engagement and clinical excellence.
- As a Registered Nurse at the Forensic Hospital, you'll provide assessment, treatment and recovery-focused care for patients with complex mental illness within a secure forensic workplace.




- Working alongside experienced nursing, medical and allied health clinicians, you'll contribute to comprehensive mental health assessments, multidisciplinary care planning and therapeutic interventions that support patient recovery while maintaining safety.

What you need

- We're looking for Registered Nurses with experience in inpatient mental health and/or forensic mental health services who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care.
- Include an example of how you have identified, assessed and managed risk in practice.
