The Opportunity
n We are a certified 'Great Place to Work' and due to continued growth, SEE Civil is looking to welcome an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our team on a range of urban projects in the Bundaberg region. This is a full-time, locally based opportunity however DIDO applicants will also be considered.

You will be responsible for providing advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects.

n
- n

You will be responsible for conducting quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting, ensuring health and safety compliance and meeting project deadlines.

n
- n

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to interact with various external stakeholders for procurement.

n
- n





You will be able to establish a professional work environment that includes fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, and facilitating problem solving.

Essential Skills and Attributes

n

n
- n

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);

n
- n

Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery;

n
- n

Proven management skills, practices and planning ability;

n
- n

Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;

n
- n

Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards;

n
- n

Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;

n
- n

Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others; and

n
- n

High attention to detail.
