We are looking for a Data Governance Lead to define and implement data governance standards, policies, and processes across the organization. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to improve data quality, security, ownership, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement Data Governance policies, standards, and processes.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain Data Governance Framework.
- Manage Data Quality, Data Catalog, Metadata, and Data Lineage.
- Work with business teams to define Business Glossary and data definitions.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Ensure data is managed according to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Data Stewards.




- Monitor governance KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Drive data governance initiatives across multiple business areas.
