We’re looking for a high-calibre Sales Operations / Commercial Operations leader to bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a growing commercial function.

This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on operator role where you will own the engine behind sales — ensuring tenders run clean, accounts transition seamlessly, and internal teams deliver on commitments without escalation.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the back-end commercial function, leading a small team while driving alignment across sales, product, procurement, warehouse, and finance.

You will:

Lead and develop the Sales Support team (3 direct reports)
Set transparent priorities, lift capability, and create a high-accountability environment

Own end-to-end account management (back-end)
Contracts, pricing, rebates, onboarding/offboarding, and timelines

Drive tender and major opportunity execution
Ensure inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time across the business

Act as the central link across functions
Align teams and push for delivery — not just pass information along

Align stock and supply with sales commitments




Work closely with procurement and warehouse to prevent gaps or overstock

Build scalable processes and systems
Standardise workflows, remove inefficiencies, and reduce reliance on individuals
