Key responsibilities

- Assist with tenancy applications, lease preparation, and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tradespeople and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and assist with entry and exit condition reports
- Manage phone and email enquiries, providing prompt and qualified responses
- Support rent collection and arrears management
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team

About you





- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in real estate or administration preferred but not essential
