Job Description

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and service-driven team members to join Azure, our signature restaurant and bar, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

n

While this role may include some lunch or dinner shifts, we're primarily seeking availability for morning and breakfast service in our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant.

As part of the team, you will:

- Confidently guide guests through our food and beverage offerings
n
- Assist with dietary requirements and upsell when appropriate
n
- Deliver an exceptional experience whether you're on the restaurant floor or servicing our beautiful Lagoon or Adults-Only Pool areas
n
- Maintain clean and organised tables, cabanas, and sections
n

We're seeking team members who are available five days per week, with the flexibility to work across varying shifts. A valid NSW RSA is essential for the role. We're looking for positive,



reliable team players with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar setting is essential, previous fine dining and resort / hotel experience is a plus.

Requirements:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident / citizen with a commitment to longer term employment
n
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4-6 month commitment to the resort
n
- Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience (essential to succeed in this role)
n
- Experience in hotel or resort environment a plus
n
- Current NSW RSA and driver's licence
n
- Available5days per week, with flexibility across evenings and weekends if needed
n
