To be successful in this role you will be an experienced leader with a track record of building and leading teams to deliver quality training in line with the Standards for RTOs.

Key responsibilities

- You will bring solid industry and community relationships, a commercial and innovative outlook, high-level communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrated experience managing financial, human and physical resources.
- The Portfolio spans nursing and health, aged care, disability, community services, early childhood education, and hair and beauty delivery across the Mid-West, Gascoyne, Wheatbelt and Goldfields, so you will be comfortable working across campuses and leading a geographically dispersed team.
- Applicants will be assessed by their skills, experiences and attributes in relation to the job requirements and leadership behaviours required for the role.

What you need

- Experience in vocational education and training or academic leadership, and a relevant management or VET qualification, are desirable.
- To be considered eligible for employment, you must possess current and valid Australian work rights, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate working visa.
- You must also hold, or have the ability to obtain, a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
