- $28–$29 per hour plus 8% Holiday pay, paid weekly

Your day-to-day
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person at the trade counter
- Support customers with product advice, pricing, and quotes
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries or coordinate stock for collection
- Complete data entry, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and team meetings
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a customer service or trade support role (ideally within the building industry)
- Confident communicator with robust phone and email etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus)
- Accurate and efficient with data entry and quoting
- Health & Safety focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys solving problems and going the extra mile for customers
