You will analyse project requirements, interpret technical drawings and documentation, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure competitive, compliant, and high-quality tender submissions.
Key responsibilities
- As the Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by preparing and developing accurate estimates, tender documentation, and specifications.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and project specifications.
- Developing and coordinating tender submissions.
- Analysing project requirements, drawings, and technical documentation.
What you need
- Relevant qualifications or trade-based experience in estimating, tender development, construction, or a related field.
- Experience preparing cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Robust proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
