Cibaria is a vibrant Italian-inspired eatery located in the heart of Manly, directly opposite the beach. Part of Maestro Hospitality , Cibaria is a busy, energetic venue built around great food, warm hospitality and a strong team culture.

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality setting. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.

The Role n

Working alongside our chefs and kitchen team, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting with basic food preparation
n
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
n
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
n
- Assisting with stock rotation and storage
n
- Keeping preparation and service areas clean and hygienic
n
- Supporting the chefs with general kitchen duties during busy services
n
- Following food safety,



hygiene and workplace safety procedures
n

Previous experience as a kitchen hand, kitchen assistant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential .
