Bayside Health is seeking a committed and experienced Clinical Support and Development Nurse to join Ward AC1 on a permanent basis. The role is based at Caulfield Hospital and supports older adults with subacute rehabilitation needs within a GEM service.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team to maximise recovery and quality of life for patients with complex needs. The position requires nursing registration, police check, and working with children check, with part time or full-time hours
