Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Financial Services RPO account as an Account Lead based in our client's Sydney Office. You will play a pivotal role leading a dedicated recruitment team while remaining hands-on in the full lifecycle delivery and hiring of key Banking and Financial Services roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing recruitment team, driving operational excellence, team development, and service performance.
- Requisition Delivery: Manage a portfolio of strategic requisitions, leading end-to-end sourcing, screening, candidate management, and remuneration negotiations for complex roles.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level talent advisory and workforce planning to support business leaders and stakeholders within the financial services sector.
- Candidate Experience & Sourcing: Execute creative, diverse sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous talent pipeline across financial services.
- Account Performance & Compliance: Ensure full team compliance with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols, maintaining accurate real-time data and driving service metrics.
- Market Intelligence:



Deliver market insights and competitor intelligence to educate hiring managers on supply and demand trends.

About You:

- Proven experience leading a recruitment team while actively carrying and executing a load-bearing requisition load.
- Extensive recruitment background within financial services, specifically Risk/Compliance, Corporate Banking, and Finance.
- Track record of successfully filling complex niche roles and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and an interest in driving continuous improvement projects.
- A team-oriented leader ready to partner with the Account Director to strengthen team capability and deliver exceptional account performance.
