Are you a 3rd or 4th Year Automotive Apprentice ready to stop just 'getting by' and start building a real career? Auto Masters Labrador wants to invest in someone we can mould into a genuine servicing specialist with a clear path forward from there.

You'll work alongside experienced Senior Mechanics, get your hands on a wide range of makes and models and have a team genuinely invested in seeing you go further. No two days the same, real mentorship and a workshop that wants you to stick around and grow.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Take the lead on servicing, with support to sharpen your diagnostic and repair skills
n
- Perform quality control checks and vehicle inspections
n
- Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs are done right
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Help keep the workshop clean, organised and running smoothly
n
- Get tasks done efficiently and within timeframes
n

What We're Looking For: nn
- Completion of at least your 2nd year as an Apprentice
n
- Your own set of basic tools
n
- Experience in a busy workshop (highly desirable)
n
- Reliable transport and a valid manual driver's licence
n
- A strong work ethic and genuine hunger to learn
n
- Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving instincts
n
- A positive, team-first attitude
n
- Valuable communication skills
n
- Availability Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings
n
